10月(yue)14日,集(ji)團公司副(fu)(fu)總經(jing)濟師(shi)鄧永馳到武漢黃家湖(hu)項目部檢(jian)查指導工作,集(ji)團公司中(zhong)南區(qu)域中(zhong)心(xin)副(fu)(fu)總經(jing)理潘俊陪同。
鄧永(yong)馳一行深入施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現場(chang),實(shi)地(di)查看了現場(chang)安全文(wen)明施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)情況、重點(dian)(dian)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)部位的(de)建設質量情況。在聽(ting)取項目(mu)負責人對施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)生產進度(du)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程重難點(dian)(dian)以及下(xia)一步(bu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)部署(shu)的(de)匯報(bao)后,鄧永(yong)馳對項目(mu)后續工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作開展(zhan)提(ti)出三點(dian)(dian)要求:一是進一(yi)步強化現場的安(an)全質(zhi)量管控,在確保現場施(shi)工安(an)全平穩可(ke)控的基礎(chu)上,提高(gao)工程質(zhi)量,做到(dao)內實外美,實現品質(zhi)建造。二(er)是加快土方(fang)外(wai)運工(gong)作,擴大(da)現(xian)場作業(ye)的(de)工(gong)作面,為奪取“攻堅(jian)四季度,決勝(sheng)保目標(biao)”專項勞動競賽的(de)全面勝(sheng)利奠(dian)定基(ji)礎。三是合理謀劃(hua)(hua)四季度(du)施工安排,認真考慮施工計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)的落實(shi),必要時(shi)可采取一定的獎(jiang)懲措施,層(ceng)層(ceng)壓(ya)實(shi)責任,確保年度(du)任務(wu)目標(biao)如期實(shi)現(xian)。四(si)是項目部在干好(hao)項目的同時,要積極與(yu)業主單位互聯(lian)互動,為公(gong)(gong)司樹立(li)良好(hao)的信譽和口碑,實現公(gong)(gong)司在武漢地區的滾動發展。
