李明華一行實(shi)地查看(kan)了現(xian)場的(de)整體(ti)(ti)(ti)建設與(yu)施工(gong)(gong)情況,隨后(hou)在項(xiang)目部會(hui)(hui)議(yi)室召(zhao)開座談會(hui)(hui)。座談會(hui)(hui)上,項(xiang)目負責(ze)人對項(xiang)目整體(ti)(ti)(ti)概況、前(qian)(qian)期(qi)征拆(chai)進(jin)展、設計初步方案以及各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作開展情況進(jin)行詳細(xi)匯報。結合項(xiang)目前(qian)(qian)期(qi)工(gong)(gong)作的(de)具(ju)體(ti)(ti)(ti)開展情況,李明華對項(xiang)目部下(xia)一步工(gong)(gong)作提出(chu)了六點要求:一是(shi)嚴格控制(zhi)工(gong)期。項(xiang)目部要提(ti)高(gao)履約意識(shi),在可控范圍內提(ti)前謀劃(hua)(hua),合理(li)配置資源,保(bao)證施工(gong)計劃(hua)(hua)穩(wen)步推(tui)進。二是保證施工(gong)質量(liang)。項目部要定期總結分析,加強對施工(gong)工(gong)藝(yi)工(gong)法的管控,持(chi)續推(tui)動“品質市(shi)政(zheng)”建設。三(san)是加強安(an)全(quan)文(wen)明(ming)施工。項目部(bu)要在預(yu)算范圍(wei)內(nei)加大安(an)全(quan)文(wen)明(ming)施工費用(yong)投(tou)入(ru),使安(an)全(quan)文(wen)明(ming)施工水平與工程(cheng)規模相匹(pi)配(pei)。四是(shi)加強成(cheng)本管理。項目(mu)部要提(ti)前做好成(cheng)本測算,對可能存(cun)在的盈虧點(dian)進行分析(xi),提(ti)高項目(mu)經濟(ji)效(xiao)益。五是加(jia)強人(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)。項目部要提供良好的(de)學(xue)習平臺,為公司(si)培養(yang)一(yi)批專業過硬的(de)技術人(ren)才(cai)。六(liu)是做(zuo)好宣(xuan)傳工作。項目部要加強宣(xuan)傳工作力度,突出工程(cheng)特色,打造項目亮點,為(wei)實現區(qu)域滾動(dong)發展創造有利(li)條件(jian)。
