該(gai)工法依托承建的上海白龍港(gang)南(nan)線(xian)東段SST2.6標工程項目,總結項目實踐經驗形成的一種適用于直徑4.64m超(chao)大直徑(jing)長距離(li)“S”形曲線(xian)(xian)頂管的(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)法,其工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝主要(yao)依據土(tu)壓平衡頂管機的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作原(yuan)理,結合干泥輸送技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、三維曲線(xian)(xian)自(zi)動(dong)測量技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、 注漿減(jian)阻技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、 中繼間技(ji)術(shu)(shu)來共同(tong)作用完成(cheng)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),有效避(bi)開地(di)下管線(xian)(xian),且(qie)(qie)對(dui)周邊(bian)土(tu)體的(de)(de)影(ying)響較(jiao)小(xiao),在一定程度上適應于現代城市化建設的(de)(de)快速發展,且(qie)(qie)相對(dui)于傳統(tong)的(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)法,該施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)法可以節(jie)約材料,減(jian)少(shao)用水(shui)量,大幅提高(gao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)效。
