    巧思妙想 解決水下沉管大問題

    駱(luo)(luo)馬(ma)(ma)湖(hu)作為我國(guo)第(di)七大淡(dan)水(shui)(shui)湖(hu),是(shi)(shi)徐(xu)州境內和(he)周邊(bian)地(di)區(qu)最安全可(ke)靠(kao)的(de)戰略地(di)表水(shui)(shui)源地(di)。駱(luo)(luo)馬(ma)(ma)湖(hu)水(shui)(shui)源地(di)及第(di)二地(di)面水(shui)(shui)廠工程項目工程全長80.5公里,設(she)計取水(shui)(shui)規(gui)模為140萬(wan)m3/d。由(you)中鐵上海局(ju)市政公司施工的(de)駱(luo)(luo)馬(ma)(ma)湖(hu)取水(shui)(shui)頭部及引水(shui)(shui)管道部分是(shi)(shi)全線核心和(he)龍(long)頭,是(shi)(shi)項目中施工難度最大的(de)標段(duan)。

    然而解決(jue)了(le)(le)(le)深水樁的問(wen)題,如(ru)何將(jiang)每根(gen)重達1200噸的鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)安(an)全(quan)(quan)運(yun)動到(dao)(dao)沉管(guan)(guan)(guan)位置(zhi)(zhi)并(bing)順利下(xia)沉,如(ru)果采用傳統施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),需要(yao)至少8臺(tai)260噸吊車來進行吊運(yun),這幾乎要(yao)調集(ji)整個(ge)(ge)江蘇省(sheng)的260噸吊車在(zai)一起施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)。為(wei)此,建設(she)者(zhe)們費了(le)(le)(le)不少心思,最后采取了(le)(le)(le)“氣(qi)囊(nang)”助(zhu)推法。建設(she)者(zhe)們在(zai)引水管(guan)(guan)(guan)上均等(deng)設(she)立四(si)個(ge)(ge)氣(qi)囊(nang)放置(zhi)(zhi)點(dian),將(jiang)四(si)個(ge)(ge)氣(qi)囊(nang)分(fen)別(bie)固(gu)定在(zai)四(si)個(ge)(ge)作用點(dian)上。而后通(tong)過(guo)氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)往助(zhu)推氣(qi)囊(nang)內(nei)注(zhu)氣(qi)產生作用力,使引水管(guan)(guan)(guan)向逐漸湖里(li)移動。同(tong)(tong)時(shi),同(tong)(tong)步在(zai)岸邊(bian)碼頭斷崖處每20米間(jian)隔設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)一道沙(sha)袋斜坡,斜坡坡度為(wei)45°,用沙(sha)袋坡道緩沖卸掉管(guan)(guan)(guan)道下(xia)沖力,以(yi)保(bao)證(zheng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道安(an)全(quan)(quan)入水。此外,為(wei)保(bao)證(zheng)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)入水下(xia)沉過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)的安(an)全(quan)(quan)問(wen)題,建設(she)者(zhe)們創新(xin)采用了(le)(le)(le)鋼(gang)(gang)浮(fu)(fu)筒柔性連接(jie)技術,采用鋼(gang)(gang)絲(si)繩柔性連接(jie)對(dui)稱布置(zhi)(zhi)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)兩側,待(dai)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)下(xia)沉時(shi)鋼(gang)(gang)浮(fu)(fu)筒受力,減少因浮(fu)(fu)筒受力不均產生的安(an)全(quan)(quan)隱患。同(tong)(tong)時(shi),在(zai)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)上首次啟用了(le)(le)(le)潛(qian)水視(shi)頻設(she)備,全(quan)(quan)程(cheng)監控管(guan)(guan)(guan)道運(yun)輸下(xia)沉,確保(bao)了(le)(le)(le)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)安(an)全(quan)(quan)下(xia)沉到(dao)(dao)位。

    創新實踐 攻堅湖底頂管顯成效

    在施工(gong)過程中,建設者(zhe)們(men)還需要一(yi)次性進行1235米的湖底頂管(guan)施工(gong),這創造了(le)中國內陸湖泊鋼管(guan)一(yi)次性頂進距離之最。

    在(zai)(zai)內陸(lu)湖泊(bo)進行(xing)頂(ding)管施(shi)工,建設(she)者(zhe)們首先(xian)碰(peng)到的(de)(de)(de)(de)就是要確保頂(ding)管始發所需的(de)(de)(de)(de)深達26.5米超深沉(chen)(chen)井(jing)順利下(xia)沉(chen)(chen)到位。由(you)于沉(chen)(chen)井(jing)距離(li)湖邊(bian)較近(jin),整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)透(tou)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量較大,處(chu)理不慎將可能(neng)出現突沉(chen)(chen)或急劇下(xia)沉(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)危(wei)險(xian),嚴重(zhong)時會造成周(zhou)圍(wei)地(di)面塌陷。建設(she)者(zhe)們反復試驗方(fang)案,不斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)自我否定。最(zui)終拿出了混(hun)合型(xing)止水(shui)(shui)(shui)帷(wei)(wei)幕(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)技術方(fang)案,即在(zai)(zai)沉(chen)(chen)井(jing)周(zhou)邊(bian)打設(she)一圈由(you)69根D1000mm素混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)鉆(zhan)孔(kong)灌注(zhu)樁(zhuang)和69根D600mm的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)壓旋噴樁(zhuang)組成的(de)(de)(de)(de)止水(shui)(shui)(shui)帷(wei)(wei)幕(mu)(mu)。在(zai)(zai)實(shi)際操作過程(cheng)中,高(gao)(gao)壓旋噴樁(zhuang)將素混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)鉆(zhan)孔(kong)灌注(zhu)樁(zhuang)之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)縫隙(xi)封堵,素混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)鉆(zhan)孔(kong)灌注(zhu)樁(zhuang)作為(wei)帷(wei)(wei)幕(mu)(mu)支(zhi)撐,在(zai)(zai)含砂漿黏土(tu)(tu)層內形成整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)防水(shui)(shui)(shui)帷(wei)(wei)幕(mu)(mu)。為(wei)保障施(shi)工質量,建設(she)者(zhe)們又在(zai)(zai)帷(wei)(wei)幕(mu)(mu)樁(zhuang)南北兩側進行(xing)2根直徑1米的(de)(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)筋混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)鉆(zhan)孔(kong)灌注(zhu)樁(zhuang),作為(wei)沉(chen)(chen)井(jing)助沉(chen)(chen)樁(zhuang),同時在(zai)(zai)防水(shui)(shui)(shui)帷(wei)(wei)幕(mu)(mu)周(zhou)圍(wei)均(jun)勻分布管井(jing),將防水(shui)(shui)(shui)帷(wei)(wei)幕(mu)(mu)周(zhou)圍(wei)及內部(bu)土(tu)(tu)層存(cun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)抽(chou)除,從而形成全封閉無(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)干施(shi)工條件。

    在解決了(le)頂管(guan)(guan)始發的(de)(de)沉井下沉到位后(hou)(hou),建(jian)設者們掀起了(le)大干高潮,為了(le)早日(ri)讓徐州500萬(wan)居民早日(ri)喝上(shang)優質水,建(jian)設者們將創新焦點放(fang)在了(le)頂管(guan)(guan)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)上(shang),主動摒棄了(le)傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)手工電弧焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)工藝,在鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)頂管(guan)(guan)中率先采用“直邊V字型(xing)”鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)陰(yin)陽坡口形式、單面(mian)(mian)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)雙面(mian)(mian)成(cheng)(cheng)形的(de)(de)氣體保(bao)護焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)工藝,為了(le)進(jin)一步提高焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)效率,采用帶(dai)陶(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)襯(chen)墊(dian)的(de)(de)CO2氣體保(bao)護焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)方法(fa),在環形焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫上(shang)半(ban)(ban)圓(yuan)V坡口內側、下半(ban)(ban)圓(yuan)V坡口外(wai)側安裝圓(yuan)柱形陶(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)襯(chen)墊(dian),在焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫根部強制成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)。這樣既(ji)可以避免碳(tan)弧氣刨清根,又可降低焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭裝配的(de)(de)裝配要求。單面(mian)(mian)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)完成(cheng)(cheng)后(hou)(hou),撤除焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)襯(chen)墊(dian),然后(hou)(hou)再(zai)反面(mian)(mian)施焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)。管(guan)(guan)道水平(ping)位置焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭處最后(hou)(hou)用碳(tan)弧氣刨清理后(hou)(hou)進(jin)行焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie),工藝一經使用,現場焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)工效提高了(le)1倍以上(shang)。

    安全先行 踐行責任贏盛贊

    據(ju)介紹(shao)該標(biao)段(duan)的施工(gong)(gong)位(wei)于原生態(tai)湖中,生態(tai)環境一(yi)旦(dan)被破壞,將拖累(lei)影響整個工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的建設使(shi)用(yong)周期(qi),降低供水質(zhi)量(liang)。為此,項目部自開工(gong)(gong)之初,就以創(chuang)建“安(an)全(quan)質(zhi)量(liang)示范線(xian)”為出發點,與(yu)創(chuang)建“精細化(hua)管(guan)理(li)示范線(xian)”互相(xiang)支(zhi)撐,雙擎驅(qu)動(dong),確(que)保建成安(an)全(quan)優質(zhi)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。通過(guo)積極落實安(an)全(quan)生產(chan)(chan)責(ze)任,嚴格按照(zhao)業(ye)主高(gao)標(biao)準、嚴要求組織施工(gong)(gong)生產(chan)(chan)。

    在(zai)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)質量上,項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)樹立(li)了(le)“工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)質量零缺(que)陷”的(de)(de)質量管(guan)理目(mu)(mu)標(biao),強力推行(xing)(xing)“開工(gong)(gong)必(bi)優(you)(you)、一次成(cheng)優(you)(you)、方案選優(you)(you)、工(gong)(gong)藝從(cong)優(you)(you)、過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)創優(you)(you)、罰劣獎優(you)(you)”的(de)(de)“六(liu)優(you)(you)”質量工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)標(biao)準,大力推行(xing)(xing)了(le)“首件工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)認可制(zhi)”。項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)部堅(jian)持(chi)遵(zun)循“原(yuan)材料進(jin)場關(guan)、使(shi)(shi)用(yong)報驗關(guan)、過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)控(kong)制(zhi)關(guan)、產品檢測關(guan)、合(he)格(ge)審(shen)批(pi)關(guan)”的(de)(de)原(yuan)則(ze),嚴格(ge)按(an)照施(shi)工(gong)(gong)規范、設(she)計(ji)標(biao)準、標(biao)準化施(shi)工(gong)(gong)等環節進(jin)行(xing)(xing)控(kong)制(zhi),對關(guan)鍵工(gong)(gong)序進(jin)行(xing)(xing)全(quan)程(cheng)(cheng)跟蹤,形成(cheng)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)質量閉合(he)管(guan)理體(ti)(ti)(ti)系,工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)質量合(he)格(ge)率均達(da)到100%。項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)部始(shi)終將安全(quan)生產作(zuo)為(wei)第一要務,堅(jian)持(chi)“管(guan)生產必(bi)須管(guan)安全(quan)質量的(de)(de)原(yuan)則(ze)”,項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)領導班子成(cheng)員(yuan)分片包干(gan),各(ge)班組長為(wei)第一責(ze)任人,加強員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)職責(ze),把安全(quan)質量隱患消除(chu)在(zai)萌芽之中(zhong)。為(wei)了(le)保證頂管(guan)能夠安全(quan)順利穿越湖底采空區(qu)和金屬(shu)物(wu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)。建設(she)者們選擇與高校(xiao)聯合(he)的(de)(de)方式,引進(jin)國內最先(xian)進(jin)的(de)(de)“飛魚” 物(wu)探(tan)器(qi),能夠對水下(xia)50米深度(du)內的(de)(de)采空區(qu)和金屬(shu)物(wu)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)探(tan)測。隨著,先(xian)進(jin)設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用(yong),共發現(xian)采空區(qu)15處(chu),金屬(shu)物(wu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)40處(chu),為(wei)頂管(guan)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)成(cheng)功穿越采空區(qu)和金屬(shu)物(wu)體(ti)(ti)(ti),實現(xian)全(quan)線貫通提供了(le)安全(quan)保障(zhang)。

    “一(yi)湖碧波一(yi)湖天,半(ban)是(shi)生態半(ban)是(shi)閑。胸懷彭(peng)城(cheng)百萬眾,引(yin)水西(xi)來(lai)送清甜。”這是(shi)建設者(zhe)們為(wei)盛贊工程建設而(er)寫的(de)一(yi)首小詩。今年底,包括新沂、邳州(zhou)以及主城(cheng)區等在(zai)內的(de)近500萬徐州(zhou)市民將喝上安全的(de)駱馬湖水,告別長期飲(yin)用地下水的(de)歷(li)史。
